As part of the battery refurbishing process using ISRAEL CUTTING EDGE technology, we have developed state of the art computerized battery control tools. Our platinum Sophisticated system were custom tailored for battery refurbishing activities, with the aim of achieving battery refurbishing as fast as possible, easy operation and maximum battery output.

How Does the System Work?

Our system is based on digital chargers and dischargers which operate simultaneously. Inside the system lies a tiny and unique processor which matches an appropriate charge and discharge level for each battery. This process significantly reduces charge and discharge times, and accordingly shortens the battery refurbishing process. Using an intuitive touch screen, technicians can easily control and operate the system.

The main problem with batteries is that as they work a chemical process causes crystals to accumulate (sulfation). These crystals gradually erode the battery’s ability to charge and discharge, and cause the battery’s output capacity to decrease over time. Furthermore, the chemical process which occurs in the battery causes shading of the battery plate coating. Shading promotes sedimentation at the bottom of the battery, which causes the battery to short circuit. Our Organic Additive does the following to the battery;

    • Our Organic Additive has a long-term effect, which allows normal batteries to achieve optimal performance and battery life, and extends the battery life for refurbished batteries by almost 100%.
    • Additive – organic polymer fibers containing inorganic salts and various seaweed extract.
    • Environmentally friendly (biodegradable).
    • Ten Times the conductivity of the existing additive conductivity.
    • Mechanical strength Three Times the existing additive.
    • High interaction between sulfuric acid- (electrolyte) and additive.
    • High additive absorption on the cathode area (negative plates).

 

The Result

Our Organic Additive has a long-term effect, which allows normal batteries to achieve optimal performance and battery life, and extends the battery life for refurbished batteries by almost 100%. The better the battery is maintained during its operational life, the more significant the effect of the additive will be, and the longer the battery will last. For vehicle fleets, factories and battery consumers, this results in substantial cost savings.
